Jon J. Lieberman, Associate

Mr. Lieberman received his B.A. in 1985 and his J.D. in 1990 from the University of Cincinnati. Lieberman, a Phi Beta Kappa graduate, received bankruptcy training at Harvard Law School’s Program of Instruction for Lawyers and is a master of the bench of American Inns of Court.  Prior to joining Atkinson, Simms & Kermode, Lieberman represented national mortgage lenders and servicers in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases in Ohio and Kentucky.

Mr. Lieberman has extensive experience including membership and service with the Cincinnati Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Law Forum, and American Bankruptcy Institute’s Real Property Law Committee.

Mr. Lieberman lives in Covington, Kentucky with his wife, Heather.
